Stillness Trainings offers the "Essentials of Craniosacral Therapy as an introductory course. It is 2.5 to 3 days in length.

Stillness Trainings offers a comprehensive 2 year part time program. We also offer a "Being, in Relationship, seminar. Developed for Craniosacral Therapists of other backgrounds wanting to experience, refresh and deepen their work and understanding of the Biodynamic approach.

Stillness trainings is currently developing a series of post graduate seminars that when five are complete, will constitute an advanced diploma in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.
